I've seen the BH Bank with less money than the one it had once. I knew what was going on, and I made a sugestion like this ages ago. Unfortunately my Internet was shit, it didnt upload the post and since i wasnt in the mood to bother i let it go ... eventually i forgot about it, glad you reminded me of it, and i hope the devs consider this feature.

Lately we've had an increase in thefts, as many homeless people were stripped from their allready cutshort money and their bank accounts erased. Obviously, they took countermeasures, many of them now sleeping in the sewers beneath the Strip but, there seems to be some curious nightcamps around, some people sleeping on roofs and, like this original fellow here, on top of a streetsign. I'll keep you updated on this matter
