Well, There are many reasons the player count is declining, A lot of our players just started school again and some of them even made claims that they get bored in the server just because no players are on, So the main reason is everyone is in school or maybe even at work if they actually have a job.
When we're lucky we get a good amount of players depending on what day of the week it is.

You don't meet the requirements at all to receive this status, In order to be army, You must be accepted as a regular player and hold onto the reg status 2 weeks after receiving it, For you to actually qualify for Army,

The world has lost one of the most iconic and if not, The Funniest actor to ever to step foot in the entertainment industry, Robin Williams was found dead at his home in Tiburon,CA within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Robin has been dealing with depression issue as of late and it's suspected that played a role in his untimely death due to an apparent suicide. Asphyxiation is what is being ruled out, Meaning he was found hanging.
For who aren't familiar with who Robin Williams is, He is known for the following movie's.

TomanueLLos has been banned for Ban Evasion, Original ban happened on the 28th of July and wasn't unbanned. So he's re-banned from ingame. Also in addition, He has been banned from the forums as well for spamming it by bumping old topics to get his 20 posts, He did it all in 1 day "Yesterday".

I don't get why people think spamming/flooding is okay. It annoys the crap out of players and I've told quite a few people via IRC to stop spamming. They stop for the time being, And start up again sometime later. So, Here's the deal, The next person that spams the living hell outta IRC will receive a 24 hour ban from IRC. Repeat offenders will get more time added on to the next IRC ban.
Edit: What I mean by spamming only pertains of repeating yourself when you spam, Not when your just continuously talking normal in each line. You know what I mean, just don't keep repeating the same thing over and over and over like the evidence shows some of you guys doing.

2nd. You are lying and continued lying making up stories about how you got the money.
I got everything I need that shows you lying and changing your story. You didn't stick to your original story...
But before we show you your lies, Lets begin with your history since you started here, Shall we?
Now for someone that doesn't hack, You sure wasted no time reporting yourself for cheating.
And line number 6 where it says "Spawned 38." "Minigun" You told me that was from an event. Granted yes that can happen, But 1 of the regs that was in that event remembers you being banned, But it wasn't for spawning a minigun.
I asked 1 of my regs if he can confirm, Here it is
So he said he doesn't remember, Okay. But that still doesn't show how your were banned just 1 day later, This time for money spawning. Again, you fed me so many excuses....
Because I've displayed that quite few times, Hell! You're the one that told me to look at your bank account which I did lol! And you didn't give that reaction all the other times when I displayed the amount . But all of a sudden, Now you do? Seems that you wanna play dumb.

2ndly, You can't have over 2Million in hand. But there is another way you could have gotten all that, Someone transferring the money from their account to yours. But I highly doubt that

Your response was "i dont play as a cop a loot" Which would indicated you rob alot. But having the amount of score and money you did, Doesn't add up....

A few problems with that.... Ransom doesn't go up that high.
2ndly, You can't have over 2Million in hand. But there is another way you could have gotten all that, Someone transferring the money from their account to yours. But I highly doubt that
$100,491,5649 is all hacked cash.. Oh, And I forgot, Before you told me that a person hired you to kidnap someone, you also told me when I asked how you got all that money with only 282 score. Your response was "i dont play as a cop a loot" Which would indicated you rob alot. But having the amount of score and money you did, Doesn't add up....

2. Even if you weren't, It's your own doing for by-passing the rules where you would have read that hacking wasn't allowed.
3. You were never unbanned after the first initial ban. Your IP was changed.
4. You did use the name "Vladimir_Jakob" back in October, 26th,2012
5. Even if that wasn't you, you still connected to the server with your hacks on multiple occasions. And on eachday you've been reported for it.
And 6. Sorry isn't gonna cut it. I know you were verbally warned to remove your hacks because I was the admin that told you to do it. But you didn't, Which lead to you being banned, And re-banned for Ban Evasion.
When you were first banned for the hacks aside for being banned for ban evasion, you should have posted a ban appeal in which case you didn't do until after you were re banned for ban evasion, you've made 2 consecutive ban appeal's. And never disputed the original reason for the ban
You aren't getting unbanned, Simple as that. You had your chances
Chance #1 : Failure to even take the time to read the rules and see hacking wasn't allowed
Chance #2 : Failure to comply with a Verbal warning by an administrator "Me" To remove your hacks.
And strike 3 doesn't come with a warning after you get caught the next time, Cause 3 strikes your out.
Appeal Denied. You are Permanently banned. Don't bother making another ban appeal, The outcome isn't gonna change.

If you seen a bug or a mistake ingame that hasn't been reported to us, Let us know here by giving a full description of the bug or mistake. A picture is useful to give us more of an idea of what bug your talking about and where it's located at.
Bugs : Something that doesn't seem right in the game mode such as glitches in the map
Mistake : Can be within an auto text such as Eggman, If the auto text displays a miss spelled word, That would be considered as a mistake. Even Objects don't belong can be a mistake
