ECNR Suggestions / BCSD/BCFD Suggestions

1: LVPD undercover Functions for The Infernus, Sultan, Hotrina and in the BCSD HQ.
2: Bot Desk Sgt. at BCSD HQ to Assign Cruisers & Beat Zone.
3: Fire Fighter Job is 150% better, but I see using commands like /runline from pumper to hydrants
Make team work more Necessary and wouldn't need to relay on the water cannon the truck.
4: More Functions for hydra for Air Combat, Mainly Machine guns, and maybe an /eject function that launches up and away from you exploding craft.
5: Night Sticks for All Law Enforcement Classes.
Mostly it for now.
