It's not a really smart move to assume new players are dumb or below the age of 10 and that they won't know. It's better to be safe than sorry.
They can always place a Sea Sparrow at LVPD and lock it to cops.

Plus, a GTA:SA multiplayer server can only be interesting for so many years with today's technology and/or gaming development.. I mean, do any of us use PlayStation 1's? Do any of us remember what a 'SEGA' is? For me, it's not the game that draws my attention, it's the people playing with me in it.. but not so for everyone.

I don't understand why anyone would vote for lag shooting, there's nobody here that can kill me in less than 15 to 20 minutes, not even Hiredgun. If I were as skilled as Hiredgun and you all have had a chance to face me in-game, you would all vote for removal of lag shooting. If I changed anyone's mind, I'm proud of my 1.5k - 3k ping.

I feel you man. It really does suck. I've had my return several times as well, and now I'm actually ashamed to show up. I've said I'm back for good innumerable times, and don't last a week at most. It honestly feels terrible to know that none of you would actually be able to put faith & trust into me and depend on me for something, and I don't blame anybody for me, I know I'm the one to take the blame.
I miss the times here more than you guys would think I do. The last time I was on IRC, I remember Saw was apologizing to me for things that he'd done in the past, things I had forgiven back then, and I had to leave just then, leaving him hanging. I did want to talk, I had no intention to 'ignore' him, which he'd think I did. It's things like that that leaves me in no position of respect. My words now I understand does not carry any weight, and I'm truely ashamed of that, and even to show up around here.
Either way, I hope you've mended your ways. I know it feels stupid to be welcomed back with open arms thrice a month for two years. You always were a big part of the community whenever you were around. And we've both had the exact same issue biend administrators, which just makes it worse when looking back. Welcome back.

Mine goes to Sylar.
Although it might not look like he does much 'administration', he does in fact do a lot, a hell of alot of work on EGC. And seeing as there's no appropriate poll open to vote for him for that, I decided to vote for him here for his hard-work, dedication, and whatnot. He's friendly, he's smart, he's hard working, he's got one hell of an internet connection, and he's deserving of this vote. He's WatakiWatako.

Has anyone considered modifying the Hunter? Limit it's ammo or something? I read it was possible somewhere. If it's not, I vote no, it's way too powerful.
