As the former BH Big Boss i was hated by many, Everyone wanted my power.. not just in LV, LS And SF But Out Of The country As Well.. with the Yakuza and Mafia Gone there were no other Criminal organization.
The skeletons in my closet got the best of me and so I was kidnapped by the Mexican cartel and BCSD were the only ones to care enough to perform a rescue mission.
and Boy i salute Aaron, Robo and Ewan for the work they put in, they fought a gruesome fight but were here now!
BTW.. Joao, Robocop took the liberty of Repossessing "ol' Messy" Not only that he got it gold plated and gave it to me as a Welcome back gift!

I will be one bad ass Officer w/ a gold platted and bloody ass Chainsaw!
