Maybe they are that lights that hydra drops(with LMB) and you have some weir mod for it ?Just tested, I have no mods that affect missiles or flares. :/

I wasn't quite sure what to make of this, nor did I know where to post it.
So I was being chased by a hydra when on my mini-map, pink icons appeared where the plane was.
So I went to the pink icons and saw these:

As for the Windows 8 thing, what specific problems do you have? Mine either freezes or just loads a black screen and not the game. So far I don't think there is a way to fix it.

Bugs & Mistakes / Door to Nowhere

Couldn't post in bugs & Mistakes...again :/
In the Eggland bank there is a door that leads to nowhere:
It is located in the door to the left and 2 floors down in Eggland bank.
if the player goes through the doorway, they will fall for a couple of seconds and die, when they respawn there will not be any players, cars or other objects on the map.

Fixed / Grenade pickup

Couldn't post in bug section, so I'm putting it here.
There is a grenade pickup in San Fierro that, if picked up by the player, results in an instant ban:

Points for the FDSA should be earned in two ways:
1. The usual way (1 point for every 150k).
2. 1 point when then fire is completely extinguished.
This would be a huge benefit if there were more fire-fighters, because when there are more, the money earned from putting the fire out is shared, and as a result the fire-fighters receive less money, making it harder for them to earn score.

Maybe, when a cop is driving to drop off a criminal, another criminal can pull up beside the cop car and type /rescue (id), the detained criminal will then have 3 seconds to type /escape, once he has done this he will appear on top of the police car, giving him the option to: jump on to the rescuers car and be driven to safety, or; jump off the police car and attempt to run away. Either that or he can simple be transferred to the rescuers car.

How do we know that they haven't already been doing this? 
No but seriously, this would give people something to do if they get bored (which is HIGHLY unlikely) and be exciting to try and find.
This could also be made into an event, whereby the first person to find a hidden tomb/temple would be rewarded with treasure (5 mil or something like that).

Not sure if this classified as a bug or not, but when trying to rob certain stores, a message appears in the chat box saying "SERVER: Unknown command" as can be seen in the following screenshots:
