ECNR Suggestions / Increase the reward from robbing high end establishments.

Originally I typed out a fair few paragraphs in support of my case, but when I hit the post button, I was informed that I "do not have permission to post on this forum" Which is a bit of a pisstake considering I had spent 25 minutes typing out a coherent argument. So this time the suggestion is just going to be short. Ok, gripe over!
Robbing high end places such as banks and casinos (Caliguals especially) should result in a higher pay off than it currently does.
I robbed Eggland's bank earlier only to be met with the measly reward of 27K. This surely should not be the case when robbing from a bank? Especially one that requires you to invest in C4 first (which costs 25k per piece).
The same has been true with robbing Caliguals. Low end pay offs even though it costs you 50k for a decrypter to even be able to rob from it.
I don't think it's right that people grind their way up to maximum rob/terrorist skill only to realize that robbing from 4dragons over-and-over yields a higher pay off than most banks and other establishments do.

Rule Violations / [RULEBREAKER] Deadpros

In this video you can clearly see I am rolling with Vlad on our NRG's. Vlad stops at the petrol station to fill up on gas, I in-turn cover him whilst he does so. Then you can see a cop (Deadpros), come beaming down the road and into the petrol station. I discharge my weapon at the pumps to kill the cop so me and Vlad can continue on.
As a result of being totally annihilated, Deadpros decides to resort to the extremely low tactic of falsely reporting me. I am then questioned by an admin for roughly 5-10 minutes for "cop hunt". This is a waste of time for both me and the admin.
This is totally unacceptable for a regular player.
I feel it is important to add that this is not the first time Deadpros has falsely reported me out of rage for completely legit actions. Enigma has questioned him before for this exact kind of behavior.

I have recently acquired some property that I am willing to sell to the highest bidder.
It's a modern apartment in the Park West region of Ireland. You will be able to spawn inside of the apartment. The Apartment also comes with a vehicle.
We shall open the bidding at 70 million.
NOTE YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR BID. So get in-game and start making some money!
Bidding ends on the 03/02/2013 at 10pm GMT.

In France during the year 1789, something incredible happened. Ordinary men and women rose up and fought a long and bloody war against the oppressive regime of the Monarchy under King Louis XVI. The struggle lasted 3 years, until, in 1792 The French people captured King Louis XVI, and had him executed. Shortly after, a republic was proclaimed, and the people were at last free.

Here, in 2012 we face a similar struggle in the state of San Andreas. The oppressive regime that governs the state utilizes the military to KILL, on-sight, average criminals that steal from 24/7's just so they can get by.
How many times have we witnessed people being blown to pieces or torn to bits by the Sa Military for committing minor offenses such as theft? How many times have we seen Hydras dominate the skies just waiting for the opportunity to gun someone down?
For those who survive, their fates aren't much better. Criminals that are apprehended by the police are sent to prisons, where they are subjected to immense amounts of torture, both psychologically and physically. Green Haven is nothing more than a glorified Guantanamo bay.
It's time for the people of San Andreas to rise up, and destroy the injustice that has been a plague on this great state for far too long.
I therefore, present to you The Rebellion.

Just some screenshots from some minor takeovers from earlier Nothing special, just the small start to a very large revolution.
It was challenging, and fun. There will be more like this in the near future.
I also want to give a shout-out to Aaron_Ewing; who faced us alone for a lot of the time. His determination was admirable, he never gave up, and in the end he broke the area 51 uprising.
However, the revolution has only just begun!

Hello, it's been a while!
Just posting here to announce that I'm going to make this server my new CnR home and will be trying my absolute best to play here regularly!
I like this server and therefore will be doing my best to make it one of the most active and fun CnR servers out there
I look forward to playing with you all and demonstrating to everyone how bad my driving is once again
