Title: New ECNR IRC Moderator

This man is known for not having a PC, but still manages to be on IRC constantly, tries to improve EGC as a whole at every stop and turn and is always putting ideas out there. I've decided to make Sylar an IRC Moderator to help deal with our increasing player numbers. So congrats Sy! We know you'll do a fantastic job.
