Title: Apartment Rooms
Post by: Enigma on January 28, 2013, 08:14:46 pm: In our next update, we will have Apartment rooms to buy in Park West! Players can pre-purchase these rooms for in game money now!
We shall start the bids at 4 Million in game cash.
By the end of the week, the Four players with the largest bids will be the owners. ;D

The current benefits are spawning there & a vehicle.

No you don't.
The highest 4 bidders, meaning that 4 people with the highests bids win, meaning taht if 3 people bid 20 m I can still get it for 10m if noone is inbetween >.>
Tho I noticed that I'm not in the top 4 bidders.
The sillyness of this is that you people are overbidding yourselfs instead of a 5th bidder :P

Xplicit was the highest bidder, so he shall receive room 1.
Hiredgun shall receive room 2 and 4 (there is no 3)
And ... Luka_Ristic shall receive room 7.
