Title: [BUG] ATM at Airport

Description of the bug:

ATM at Airport whenever you enter it and hit cancel or  okay button. The menu spams up again. It keeps popping up until you leave the checkpoint. Which takes awhile to do since you are getting spammed.

Already reported: http://ecnr.enigmaticgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=1115.0 but good too do a new note that it havent been fixed, yet
