Description of what they done:
Well i dont wanted to report him but if he dont response to me.....

I robbed Zatox and he  abused the water canon and the fire extinguisher to kill me......

You robbed me before i "water cannon abused" you and you robbed me again so i killed you with fire extinghuisher , WAT DID I DO WRONG?

I think it's still against the rules since the player is practically defenseless as you do this.

Correct, it's still against the rules. You are under no circumstances allowed to use the water cannon or the fire extinguisher to attack a player, because as Ratzu said, they're defenceless then.

So, rule explained.
