ECNR has been updated to SA-MP 0.3z RC2. This update has some very interesting features in terms of development but perhaps the most prominent: "Shots fired by players are now lag compensated, meaning you can aim at the skin instead of lead aiming."
You will have to install the SA-MP 0.3z RC2 client (http://tinyurl.com/ngzv7xd) before joining the server.
