If your able to place photos in the server like a sign then i think you should put signs up like "The bone county sheriffs deperment needs you!" and put the badge in it or "The o'mighty black hands need you!" and put a picture of the black hands in it. I dont know if your actually able to place photos in a server (poster/sign) because i never owned a sa-mp server.

I know you can place words into the server, but I do not think you can place photos, we should leave that to the SA-MP experts here in ECNR.
