Title: !english command for REG players in irc

I think if all admins in irc ( including byrner ) is afk or not in irc I think us REGS should be able to use the command !english. Why? Because I doubt everyone wants to deal with  los est?pidos hablando spanis. Doesnt that get annoying? Thats why I think we should get the !english command in irc

The only problem is that, it sends the message as "* Admin: %s" globally. It could be something like !renglish and then sends the message as "[Regular] IRC name: has recommended to speak English to avoid the forcefully commands".

It is my idea, also it seems like easy to script.

I disagree.
If you are on IRC and all the Admins are AFK which I doubt because Aaron and Creep are on all the time but if they are off.
Couldn't you just type:
!say Please speak English in the Main Chat?
!say Please use other languages in /w and /pm.

That is roughly the same thing. Don't be lazy jehz.
