Title: [BUG] Car half underneath the ground

Description of the bug:

I was chaseing a orange and then the oranges car went like this and this car went like this.

That isn't a bug, Wataki banned a hacker just after this. He was freezing near-by vehicles.

I'm simply referring to the vehicle being stuck in the ground. Not how/why it got there.  ;D
