Description of the bug:

4(9Sunday | 7109:7499:7434) <07%ECNR2> 2*** That ID is not an active ID.
I dont know if its been posted or not.. but Underated was ID 2 at the time... As you see, apparently it must of been his ghost. Also is hard for admins to do their job from IRC if the ID's don't work..
