It is because you are in the group 'Task Force 141' Same as me... You cannot post in Player Report or Human Resources... I have messaged Stevo127 about it but I just get ignored...

Talk to RoboCop about this issue. The Task Force 141 group was made without Steve's knowledge (by the looks of it), and we've been having issues with permissions for quite a while now.

The name was banned around 3 days back, - I had assumed WatakiWatako would post and lock the topic, but I just noticed it left it the same section in the same state with no update to you guys.

So anyway; banned, topic moved to the corresponding section and locked.
