!padan - To send an announcement to a specific player.

!forcerules - Slap Sylar. :P

Also, making !adan sendclientmessagetoplayer (was it?) too would be a good idea, so in case anyone misses the sent message, they can scroll up to see.

Interesting suggestions, although the only one that I really like is the showrules command, which I will put in 1.1 :)
