A few important commands such as !E(nglish only), !F(laming isn't allowed), and probably a few other important commands could help in warning users of their small things. So yeah, an IRC bot. It could then slowly be updated with more things like checking player history, IRC administration system, and a lot more.
Currently it has just one suggestions section -- for the game. A better (commonly used) idea would be to make a suggestions category, and to add 3 boards under it -- IRC suggestions, Forum suggestions and Ingame suggestions.

We do not want any IRC bots. When these are created, they become too relied on. And in the event they go down for watever reason, they cause chaos :P
Although, I have added !english and !rules for admins in IRC for 1.1. (Teaser ftw)

As for the IRC and forum suggestions, this is a part of the EGC Forum, it's over there, as this forum is not just for ECNR.
