Your app was denied cause it was determined that you gotta mature a little more. I mean you do meet the qualifications but your maturity needs some work. So work on your maturity and you can apply again, Also you've been reported a few times after your app for reg regarding DM, Not acceptable But you do still have a shot at getting reg, But just not at this very moment. So I will give it another 2 weeks before posting another app, Hopefully by then your not reported for anything and not getting into trouble. And show you've matured enough to earn it.
