The Benefit of having a small house: Having your own house ingame can be good. You can get armour and weapons from your house any time you need them. Also you can do /givekeys id to a player who you trust to have them, Howerver they will not be able to access your bought weapons that are in that house. The only thing they can do is enter and roam around. This house comes with 1 vehicle of your chosing
