Title: [BUG] Some Rebel bugs

Description of the bug:

!set and editdefine doesent work from ig but works from irc(atleast didnt today)

when setting define from ig it needs to have more than 10 characters while settingg from irc it can have only obe character and it will work

Hopefully fixed now! Keep them reports coming in. :-)

-P.S: !setdefine works perfectly from in-game, just tested it a couple minutes back, and !editdefine was never scripted to work through from in-game. :-)
