i think moving but only in the las venturas area but they're should only be 1 or 2 npc. if  that npc gets killed they just spawn again somewhere in las venturas and "saa" means sanandreas army and i think the class should be call npc murderer? and when that player selects that class it comes up in chat log "Do not murder the players which have the usernames on top of them!"
