Title: /lock for Police

Firefighters have the option to /lock their vehicle, I was thinking it would be nice if Police can also do this. Gets tiring when a criminal steals your car.

BCSD/FBI have locked vehicles. And second when you steal a normal cop car you get a wanted level. Just like real-life. So its useless to lock your cop car.
