Idk If I should have made this or not but how about compiling all the 2.0 bugs we find here ?



1 - The unlocks list says you can buy a car bomb at level 27, yet the bomb shed thing says you need 40.

2 - Prostitute is prompted to choose a class, so it's impossible to be a prostitute.

3 - Entering ECNR Casino and then exiting it will bring you to 4Dragons casino leading on to (4)

4 - You can't exit 4D casino as you will enter a little box and will continue to get teleported between the interior and exterior box!

5 - When typing /skills with no numbers following it should show what ids correlate to what skills, but it doesn't.

6 - You can't enter the interior ( G ) of the andromanda therefore you can't hijack it for terorrism.

First off, from what I've seen of 2.0 it's great. And I think the best thing about it is that most of it is unobtainable atm and I will have to work for it.

Looking at the changelog though, the update appears extremely biased towards cops, with the lategame cop stuff seeming very unfair for the robbers.

- The drone missiles - Great idea .. but 50k for a guaranteed kill? I've never used it so maybe It's different to how I imagine but I can't see there being any competitiveness between cops / criminals if a gang of criminals can be wiped out with a single 50k bomb.

- Rhinos - Again.. I quite like the idea of it, but then again.. Army already had Hydras which were pretty OP by themselves, this addition just completely dominates the criminals who have virtually nothing to counteract it.

- Tackling - I actually love the idea of this addition, but again, rush cuffing was a problem for most people before, with this addition criminals might aswell just /sur as soon as a cop is within 5 blocks of them.

These 3 are the ones I have the main problem with as the criminals seem to have nothing to counteract them. Undercover cops seem to have been implemented fairly, with criminals being able to steal a radio to stop them from changing skins from what I understand.

Sorry if it seems like I'm just whining, and hopefully my fears aren't actually evident in an IG scenario.
Maybe I'm just misinterpreting some of the changes and you've missed out some information.

If not, maybe make it so Hydras / Rhinos are hackable/jackable to high level robbers, The big ear blowable to stop the Drones for a long period of time? And tackling, maybe a theif item that can increase the chances of /bc or them missing the cuffs in the first place.

Sweet, hopefully someone could clear some of this up for me.

no because it's crap, nobody played it, there's loads of other servers to play, it used a shit load of resources, there's nobody on EGC/ECNR atm anyways, most of our attention should be on getting ECNR going. Yeah.

Vote for whoever you feel has contributed the most to EGC this year and has been your ideal player, maybe they were always fun to be with, always kind or worked hard to improve EGC.

I think I can speak on behalf of all of the community when I say that we're truly grateful for all of the hard work you've been putting in. To a degree yeah, you've hit the nail on the head. More people would join if people were IG, that's a fact. But there's way more to it than that. It's easy to say, to get more people we need people IG but what ends up happening is people being forced IG and then the gameplay becomes scripted and becomes the same old boring "let's just stand around because there's nothing to do".

That's where I feel the server is lacking. IMO there is very little "endgame" in ECNR. Money has little to no value, once you have maxed the two skills you can no longer progress, and there aren't any "end game" goals for you to work for, like a business or a house.

And then you've got the fact that the script is what.. 5-6 years old? Some people at ECNR have been playing a version of this script for that long, how can it still be interesting? Granted a lot has changed since then but the fundamental basics of the GM remain the same and have been left un addressed in my opinion, it's no longer appealing, everything has been done before and there's just nothing new.

You said "And make get some things easier than ever!....", how can they get any easier without adding a command for /setroblevel 70 or /maxstats ? That'd be 10 steps backwards imo.
