[BUG] /Dropoff Bug

Description of the bug:

I arrested Littleman and drove him to the dropoff check-point and I went into the check-point and I couldn't drop him off because it stated that he was too far away.

If I remember right, this happens when the detained player pauses their game (which is considered arrest evade and against the rules)?
