Title: [MISTAKE] Can't buy a lotto ticket in Ireland or Eggland

Description of the bug:

Cannot buy a lotto ticket in the 24/7 in Spar or Park, or at Big Buy in Eggland.

err, those are rob-able 24/7.. as i know you can't buy one in robable ones!:d

The 24/7s in LV are robbable and you can buy lotto tickets from them.. What do you mean, GoR?
