[MISTAKE] Lottery number didn't show up

Description of the bug:

Everyone was waiting on their lotto and the winning number didn't even come up, then the time reset to 18.

I would like to add on this that this is not the only time it occured.
This happened at least 3 times in a row, and I suspect it keeps occuring untill a GMX happens.

Also, just noticed that when the lotto said 18 hours, it wasn't 18 hours like shown in the logs, you don't see 12 and 6 Hours, It revealed the Lotto number after the last message stating 18
