Actually, I'm pretty sure it's already like that. Problem is when people who aren't in the event pick them up, I may be wrong, but I think this is how it is.

I'm not sure if this command was added, but back when I had a house, finding the car was an extreme pain in the ass. I'm suggesting a /shp (spawn house car) command that respawns your house car.
