Title: [BUG] double message on ATM robbery

Description of the bug:

whenever an ATM machine gets robbed, it shows up twice, on 2 different locations.
This bug applies on the police radio

Stevo told me he will take a look in it, it's not a double massege, it's a double robbery o.o.
